Gergeti Trinity monastery

Trinity Church in Gergeti (Church of the Holy Trinity in Gergeti).

The church was built in the XIV century on top of a mountain, at an altitude of 2,170 m. The church is clearly visible from the Georgian Military Highway. Here, on the right bank of Chkheri, is the village of Gergeti.

The only cross-domed temple in the Hevi area.
